Vacancy for Lodge Manager Couple
Mbali Mbali Lodges and Camps is seeking an experienced Management Couple for a beautiful luxury camp.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Daily running and operations
- Organize the logistics and stock management
- Entertain and brief guests, with focus on exceptional, individual service to clients
- Complete reports as needed for head office
- Manage HR issues of camp such as payroll, vacation planning, staff training
- Supervise housekeeping staff
- Supervise all food and beverage procedures/systems
- Relief management at other properties
Skills Required:
- Must have lodge management experience (5+ years in a managerial position). Proven leadership qualities as well as team players with the ability to interface with a variety of departments and people
- History of effective cost management skills, including report creation
- Strong administrative and computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing and motivating teams, and training staff to deliver upscale customer service
- Organized, methodical, accurate and analytical with good time management skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Mechanical knowledge of cars and generators and good maintenance skills will be an advantage
